Refund & Exchange Policy

We don’t accept refunds once an order has been shipped. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Exchanges or replacements are allowed only in cases of certain damages during shipping. This includes items that arrive defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect items received. Please read the details below for more information.

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you have 30 days to complete the return once we’ve accepted the request. Failure to return the item within this period will result in the cancellation of the request. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or replacement will not be accepted.
