• Apparel Orders: Clothing items often require 1-4 weeks for production and preparation. This includes a wait time of 1-2 weeks for us to receive the apparel from our suppliers, who are located in a different country. Once we receive the clothing, we conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that each item meets our standards for customer satisfaction before it is shipped.

• Brand New Drops: Newly released products can sometimes take up to 4 weeks to ship. This is because we work closely with our suppliers to receive these products in a timely manner. However, if our suppliers are backed up, it can also lead to delays on our end. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate these potential delays.

• Stocked Products: Items that are already in stock, typically die-cuts and prints, can have a quicker turnaround time. However, if stocked products are ordered alongside items from a brand new drop, please expect the full 1-4 week shipping timeframe.

Please note that our products are not made in-house; we collaborate with trusted suppliers to bring you the highest quality items. The only products we produce in-house are our custom decals (mirror slaps and similar items).
